Ecolution Artistry 11 Inch Stir Fry/ Wok

It is really non-stick!!
This pan is really nonstick and good t use as stir fry. Some times it is little difficult to stand right on the stove.
Overall, I have been loving this product, and the holder part doesn't get hot. Good one!!

Best non-stick pan I have ever used
I have owned one of these for close to a year now and absolutely love it! It's the most non-stick, easy to clean cooking pan I have ever owned. I use it constantly and it shows no signs of wear. Dried on food comes off with just water and a sponge. Worth every penny.

My review.
Bought as a replacement to one purchased at JC Penneys several years ago for a much higher price. This product appears to be very well made for the price and so far I have used it a lot and no wear and tear noted yet.

Paula Deen Rustic Stoneware Southern Gathering 1-Quart Covered Casserole, Chestnut

Very pretty, handy little bowl. Use it inside Halogen Oven
I bought this little casserole dish to use inside my Secura Halogen Infrared Turbo Convection Countertop Oven MINI, extender Ring;tong;cook Racks CO-05MH and am vey happy with the purchase. It is pretty and sturdy and looks good on the table. It is oven safe to 500 and the Halogen only gets up to 450 so it is safe in there.

It is almost like an oversized cereal bowl with a pretty lid! One quart isn't a size I've had before but now I can see it will come in very useful. I am cooking for two people.

Exactly what I was looking for.
I have been looking for a covered casserole dish for oven to table for quite some time. These are the perfect size for reheating and serving dinner for two. I also can pre-warm the stoneware to keep vegtables warm while serving dinner.,

Cute little casserole
This is an adorable small casserole perfect for serving smaller amounts of side dishes such as beans, other veggies, guacamole, etc. It is really pretty, which I cannot say about many of the other casseroles I looked at.

All-Clad BD551135 Brushed Stainless Steel D5 5-Ply Bonded Dishwasher Safe French Skillet with Loop Handle and Domed Lid Cookware, Silver

You get what you pay for
This is quite simply the best pan I have ever used. Beautifully crafted stainless steel, I don't know if it is worth $200, but if any pan is, this is it! One thing worth noting is that this is a very heavy pan, it is a little difficult for my wife to handle with one hand when fully loaded, so if this is a concern, you may want to look for a slightly smaller version.

Gift for Mom & Dad, say they love it
I wanted them to replace their non-stick unhealthy skillet so we got them this. They have an old gas burner stove-top and the flame is pretty narrowly spaced so I was concerned that the 3-layer pan wouldn't heat even;y. Sounds like this one does heat evenly for them.

worth every penny, also doubles as a large paella pan ... they are the same except this has a long handle
Yep, these ain't cheap but if your serious about your cooking and enjoy your time in the kitchen whisking up your favorite recipe you should consider investing in high quality cookware.

For years I hesitated and settled for good quality imitations such as the Emeril's cookware but finally decided to treat myself to the real thing and find out if they are worth the high prices. Yes they certainty do. No hot spots, better results at lower heat, tight lids that allow even lower heats due to fantastic heat retention (just use a higher initial temperature put the lid on and reduce to low/medium and you get a better result than having to use med/high on other less efficient wares)

I got the same satisfaction than when I decided to buy chef quality knives ... Once you cut and dice with a "real pro knife" you know why it cost $250.

I think of these pots as an investment and a heirloom to pass on to my kids. These things are so well built that you know...

Tramontina Gourmet 10 Inch Cast Iron Saute Pan with Helper Handle, Red Enamel

Great find!!!!
I'm in a process of ridding my kitchen of all Teflon pans. I wanted a large cast iron pan in my collection but my glass cooktop would not permitt... until I found lines of enamel coated cast iron pots and pans. However, most the prices were out of my budget range. That's when I ran into this great deal. I have been using this pan for over a month and I love it! (still getting use to the extra weight associated with all cast iron cookware). $40.00 and free shipping. . .two thumbs up as a GREAT BUY.

Great Pan for Searing Meats!
Every household should have at least on cast iron pan. This is why; they are great for searing meats: steaks, burgers, tuna steaks and the like. Bacon in the morning: Somehow bacon cooks up well in this pan, probably because of the even heat distribution and retention. Anyways, this is a good sear pan. My only criticism is the inside surface is gritty, so it is not good for cooking eggs or pancakes. These items tend to break-up when you try to flip them. This is not a good general purpose pan, consider it a specialty pan. But what it does it does well!

best buy of the year!
I got this at a local shop specializing in close outs for $25. This was an absolute steal, probably the buy I have had all year. This is a very heavy enameled cast iron pan in a pretty red. The pan is a very thick cast iron with a thick handle. It easily weights more than similar LC, Staub, Lodge pans. It has a much needed helper handle. The inside is a black enamel that easily washes up and you don't have to worry about re-seasoning it. (you do have to season the rim, which is no big deal). I cannot speak for longevity yet, but this one cooks wonderfully, nice and even. I bought one and was so impressed I went back and bought the next size up. Get one while you can!

Coleman Cast Iron Lid Lifter

Arrived just as described and quickly
I originally ordered only a dutch oven thinking this important piece would come with it. I ordered it by itself not knowing what to expect. It arrived quickly and on time and just as described. Works beautifully.

Exactly as described
Came quickly and was exactly as described. It has a finish on it so it won't rust. It is made in China, and although I normally go for American made items, the price and quality are acceptable.

Corningware FW 2-1/2-Quart/2.35L Oval with GC Sleeve

It's not pyroceramic Corningware! If you want that, don't buy this stuff
The original "French White" Corningware was made of their famous pyroceramic glass, which could be used on the gas stove, put directly in the freezer, put under the broiler right from the freezer, and oh yes, also used in a microwave. And it was very unlikely to shatter if dropped. If you pounded on it with a hammer and nail you might have gotten it to break.

When World Kitchens bought the license from Corning, they decided to halt production of a line of cookware that would take anything and last forever, and dupe customers, especially brides, into thinking the stoneware "French White" was the same thing as the wonderful French White pyroceramic cookware previously available.

The pattern is attractive and can be used with any decor, but this stuff is not, repeat, really not, what people mean when they say "Corningware."

Le Creuset can do most of the above mentioned, but it being metal you cannot use it in the microwave. Stoneware cannot go on top of...

Not your Grandmother's CorningWare
Once upon a time CorningWare was a name you could trust. Their unique pyroceramic glass cookware was almost indestructible, being devised from materials used for the nose cones of ballistic missiles. It was true "Space Age Technology" that could go directly from the stovetop into the refrigerator with nary a crack. A single CorningWare dish was said to have a lifespan of 1,000 years.

This was seen as a problem when the CorningWare brand was bought by World Kitchens Incorporated in 2001. They didn't want to sell you a dish every 1,000 years, they wanted the dishes to break so you would have to buy new ones. And so the pyroceramic formula was discontinued, and regular white-glazed stoneware was sold under the CorningWare brand.

Which is what we have here. This "CorningWare 2.5-qt. Oval Casserole with Lid - French White" is a fine, serviceable casserole dish that will bake up some tasty things in your oven. It has a classic design, and does just what it is supposed...

Great basic casserole dish
This is a great casserole dish, the sides are high for it's size. I use it weekly in my kitchen for all kinds of dishes. Pasta, cobbler, casseroles, baked risotto...etc. Excellent performer.
