Different instructions on package
I have a gas oven and the description online says that you place this liner on the bottom of the oven for either a gas or electric stove. However, when I received the product, the instructions on the liner state that for gas ovens, you have to place the liner on the bottom rack. Since I need to use both my oven racks, this will not work for me. The company advised me to use the instructions on the product and they were issuing me a refund.

I really like this product, it was easy to cut and fit to my oven. It is a bit nicer than the cheapers ones i had in the past
I would have loved it more if......
I have one of those newer ovens WITHOUT the heating element exposed on the floor of the oven. Now I understand you can set this UNDER a heating element, but you CANT put it ON TOP of the floor if the element is hidden. I don't know what the difference would be...........but I'm not taking any chances. It does it's job. I also had enough left over to cut a circular piece and use it in my microwave. That REALLY works great on the turntable
