The best non-stick pan I have ever used.
Nothing sticks to this pan. Japanese curry, Thai massaman, Thai red curry, Thai green curry, stir fries, fried rice, fried chicken... nothing sticks to this pan. I have used this pan over a month now, heavily. Somedays 2-3 times a day.
Just wash it lightly with a soft sponge and soap and it is ready again.
Never leave food in it... wash it right after it cools down.
Amazing pan, and I will be buying another one.

This pan is great for grilling meat--steaks--chicken, it browns them and they stay juicy. Stir frying vegetables is really top end. Non stick surface is really non-stick and easy clean. Love it!
