Extremely nice pots. Would benefit from a couple design changes
Pros: In many ways, I've never had such nice pots and pans -- they will no doubt be passed down for the next few generations. My husband and I decided to purchase them for a new induction stove. [Many pieces of our cookware were anodized aluminum, or were stainless with aluminum clad bottoms which didn't work with induction range.] I did have a few pots to which magnets did stick when tested, but evidently, the iron content of the stainless was insufficient because they still would not work with the range. [I had planned to take a magnet with me to a housewares store in order to test the pots before buying, but after my magnet experience on a few on my own pots, I just decided to buy pans which stated 'induction ready'.] These are very attractive, work incredibly well with the induction range, food cooks beautifully in them, and they clean up quickly and easily.
Cons: They are a bit heavier than my other pots. In and of itself, that is not a problem. However, there...
