A great cooking tool
The ScanPan CTX-4 quart saucepan is the best saucepan I have owned. The handles are very comfortable. The non-stick inner surface is environmentally safe and durable. It is great to use. The only problem is cost and if that is a issue try out the Professional line which has the same handle and non-stick surface.
SCANPAN...The best cookware!
I've tried one scanpan and now have 6 pieces. Simply THE BEST! Cooks very well, easy to use, and cleans well. The best nonstick coating I've ever tried. It browns and sears as well as nonstick. I highly recommend.
Excellent Cookware
This cookware is exemplary. Only moderate heat is required to use these pans as they conduct heat more efficiently than any other pan I've used. Heating on medium-high will bring water to a boil more quickly than other pans used on high heat!
The non-stick surface truly is non-stick! It cleans up with a quick wash with a soapy sponge. And the stainless steel exterior stays pristine with a quick wipe and occasional light scrub with Bar Keeper's Friend stainless steel cleaner.
