I am now ready to buy anything that Pillivuyt makes! It bakes beautifully and cleans up like a snap. Forget the old fashioned bakers we got from our mothers--pillivuyt, although more expensive, will be the heirloom baker of the future. But be careful...it can break but only if you drop it onto a hard surface.
worth the price
I have had my baking dishes for 28 years and they look like the day they were purchased. They bake wonderfully and clean up very easily. Very few things are this durable. I will be purchasing several pieces for my daughter as a shower gift.
