Good quality, heavy, and sturdy. A little difficult to extend, but not impossible. Did a great job cooking my Thanksgiving turkey.
Very well-designed roasting rack
The design of this rack allows the heat to access the roast from all sides while keeping it above the fat that drips on the pan below.
