Excellent.
This porcelain does not seem to burn food as much as stoneware. I was told by Revol that it cools much faster than stoneware.
It is quite easy to clean after a short soak. I bought it because you can go directly from freezer to oven, though so far I have only dared fridge to oven.
gorgeous roaster
I really love this roasting dish. The color is gorgeous and its a great big size.Revol always makes quality products.
