Nordic Ware 10 Inch Stockpot Cover

Just fine
This is for the guy who thought the lid was flimsy -- "a grade above tinfoil."

First: The lid is perfectly fine for its purpose -- as a cover to a stock pot. If he wants a dutch oven, then he needs a heavier lid.

Second: This is the standard type of lid, by appearance and construction, found regularly in various sizes in commercial and institutional kitchens -- except this one is a little heavier and better made than many seen in such establishments.

Works as intended
I was looking for a cheap low cost cover that gets used only occasionally on my fry pan. My 20+ year old Aluminum one was bent up. This is a steel unit, it is not beautiful, but does the job.

Flimsy, one grade above heavy duty tinfoil, considering return
Its fits but it is just a step ab ove tin foil. Very flimsy, feels like it will bend if I breathe on it too hard. It might be going back.

Tortilla Warmer, 8 1/2'' Diameter x 2 5/8'' Height

Does not keep contents warm
This warmer is a disappointment. It doesn't keep tortillas or anything else for that matter even modestly warm. It's made of sort sort of plastic-like material -- simply doesn't retain warmth.

fantastic
It keeps tortillas (or pancakes, waffles, etc) warm while we eat. it feels sturdy and can hold many (20+) tortillas.

Great Warmer
It is hard plastic and works great for my small family. I put a paper towel inside & add hot tortillas, ready to eat. I don't look to see how long they stay warm. When your hungry, your not going to let them get cold ! Recommend to others.

WMF CeraDur Profi Non-Stick Skillet, 11-Inch

Horrible - sticks more than any other pan (including stainless)
Since there were no reviews here, I felt the need to write one. I have a lot of WMF products, so I trust the brand, but the pan is terrible. At first it worked great, but after 4 months of use it sticks like crazy - worse than any other pan I have. There are a lot of "green" and safe non-stick technologies, but this is not a good one, I suggest looking for other pans/technologies instead.

Excellent stainless steel non-stick skillet without PTFE
I was surprised to read the negative reviews about this skillet made by WMF. The German equivalent of Consumer Reports (Stiftung Warentest) tested a number of skillets without PTFE (contained in Teflon) and this one by WMF was the test winner and received the rating "good" for all criteria (below a link to the test summary of 1/2011):
[...]

So far we have been very happy with this skillet (the 11" stainless-steel version). We have followed the recommendations (some vegetable oil should be wiped onto the non-stick surface after the first wash and before the first use and then after each cleaning of the pan). Good anti-stick properties, easy to clean, solidly built. A major advantage of this PTFE free ceramic coating is that it can tolerate higher temperatures. We also got the glass lid for it.

Joyce Chen J31-0067 14-Inch Aluminum Wok Lid with stay cool Phenolic knob

pure junk!
Whoever said this lid is sturdy is wrong! Mine arrived dented at the rim and when I tried to straighten it, my fingertip made a dent in the metal! It's not much heavier than tin foil. I chose this one because it had a heatproof handle but that is its only good feature. This thing would fly away in the wind if you used it outdoors. Don't waste your money. Shame on you Joyce Chen!

cheaply made
cheaply made. not what I was expecting considering the quality of the wok. They need to offer another lid choice of similar quality to the wok itself

Inferior, cheap metal, Does NOT match quality of the wok
The lid which was suggested to go with the Joyce Chen wok does NOT match the quality of the wok. It is made of a cheap, lightweight metal which is not the same as the wok. Also, it is about an inch too small in diameter to properly fit the 14-inch wok! I accidentally dropped the lid and it fell from my hand to the counter top, I was surprised to see that the metal it was made of dented so easily with a simple knock. I would NOT recommend this lid, but I could not find another option to go with the Joyce Chen wok. Bad pairing on part of the manufacturer.

Farberware Insulated Bakeware 15.5" x 10.5" Jelly Roll

Faberware Insulated Bakeware
I needed a larger than usual bake pan that can keep up with my active kitchen. This pan can multi-task. I baked large cakes, rice crispy treats, pasta and casseroles -- it is a work horse of a pan. In fact, I ordered another one a few days later!

bake pan
couldn't find this large size pan at Wallmart, KMart, etc. Works and looks great, appears it will last a long time.

Great pan
Awesome pan, larger than what I thought. Only one minor problem, has a dent in it. I need it for christmas gift and couldn't be bothered sending it back because it was dented. Great product and fast delivery!!

Vollrath 61250 Stainless Steel 4.75 Qt. Baking / Roasting Pan

Warped first time I used it...
...and in not a particularly hot (350) oven. Considering the description touted the gauge of the steel, I was hoping for better.

Just the right size
I purchased 6 roasting pans because I needed something very sturdy, easy to clean, but primarily of the right size to fit my oven. This product met all of these requirements, plus was cheaper than what I could have bought at my local store. I have been using them for about a month now and would recommend them to others with the same need.
