Eclair baking pan
I ordered this without knowing what I was doing. What I wanted it for was to make my own Devil Dogs because Drake is the same company that makes Twinkies, I didn't think they were ever going to come back. It turns out that the company that picked up Twinkies is going to also make the Devil Dogs too. The wells in the pan aren't very deep which is probably perfect for eclairs. I had never made eclairs before. It did arrive fast and in great shape. I am sure I will find a use for it and it may even still work for making devil Dogs.
Great product!
After having searched kitchenware stores far and wide for an Éclair baking pan, I finally found what I wanted on Amamazon.com. The pan works just great!
Baking Eclairs
This pan worked very well with my eclairs. I have a much older pan which I've always used but this one gave them nicer shapes and they had a nicer consistency.
